END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR CARBOX

Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before playing Carbox (“Game”), developed and published by HUES Games (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use or play the Game.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including but not limited to its design, code, graphics, sounds, and trademarks) remain with HUES Games.
3. Data Collection
To provide online features such as leaderboards and multiplayer support, the Game stores the following information:
Your Steam ID
Your Nickname (as set in Steam)
This data is stored securely in an online database and used solely for in-game functionality. We do not collect personal or sensitive data beyond the Steam ID and Nickname. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with the Game’s integrity.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game.
Upload or share inappropriate content or offensive nicknames.
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the Game for violations of these terms.
5. Updates and Changes
We may update the Game from time to time, including adding, removing, or modifying features. Continued use of the Game after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may terminate your access if you breach this Agreement.
7. Disclaimer
The Game is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the Game’s performance or availability. Your use is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUES Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
